Casino Complex, Leicester Square London

The project consists of a casino, restaurant, bars, private dining, high end gaming and entertainment venue covering 65,000 sq ft of a listed building. The assignment has expanded to manage the various construction packages in order to maintain the progressive schedule and increase in scope.
