The works consisted of the demolition of the existing building including temporary propping of adjacent properties, excavation of a triple basement and constructing four upper storeys.
The development forms two luxury houses with pool, lift and automated car stacker, with heating being fed from ground source heat pumps.
The contractor was initially appointed for the basement/structural works and then the fitout packages have been competitively tendered and negotiated into the contract.
The location was particularly challenging being in a mews alley with the only access through a building archway.
