The project consisted of the conversion of a 1960's office block into a 204-room luxury hotel, including a gymnasium, conference facilities, restaurants (Asia de Cuba, Tuscan Grill, Oyster Bar) and the Light Bar. This scheme was undertaken for Ian Schrager Hotels with interior design by Phillippe Starck.
