Stanton Williams were commissioned to design a new contemporary residence for a private client in Hampstead at the heart of the Conservation Area.
The existing house was demolished and basement level excavated. Heating is being provided via ground source heat pumps.
A new build contemporary house has been built, characterised by a complex arrangement of volumes and a rich palette of materials that includes brick, stone, render and bronze.
