Shiro is a Japanese restaurant and bar located at Liverpool Street’s Broadgate Circle. Hugely popular in Hong Kong, Shiro cuisine is inspired by Japan’s foodie hot spots; Ginza, Shinjuku and Shibuya in Tokyo – contemporary but true to the roots of Japanese cuisine
The Project included a complete fit out over two floors including MEP Services and a new kitchen.
The restaurant consists of seating on both floors with a bar on upper floor and external seating to provide unique dining experience to guests.
