The project consisted of the temporary propping of the existing detached house, underpinning and secant piling, excavation of a new basement level under the existing house and into the garden.
The floor level was lowered at lower ground level and to the loft space to create additional head height.
The interior design was by David Collins Studio, who created a very bespoke space for the client.
