Our Clients have purchased the estate as a long-term family home. The brief is to reinstate the country house as one family dwelling, with some on-site staff and guest accommodation.
The works include undertaking necessary building repairs, such as re-roofing, repairs to timber roof structure, external sash windows and doors. Upgrading of all bathrooms and en suites, kitchen utility areas, installing a domestic lift, mechanical and electrical services throughout the house whilst ensuring the house retains its original features, character and its phasing/history remains clearly legible.
