This project consisted of the fast track fitout for six high quality duplex apartments in Clerkenwell.
The site is located on the fifth & sixth floors of this iconic former printworks building. The design was in keeping with the building architecture and included glazed Crittall partitions and black brassware & sanitaryware.
The apartments were successfully pre-let on a long-lease for short-term apartment stays.
