We are proud to reveal our latest project: Kumori Handroll Bar.
We had the pleasure of delivering the fit-out of Kumori, acting as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Contract Administrator for one of London's first handroll sushi bar concepts, now brought to life in the heart of Soho.
Designed by Cake Architects, the intimate 30-seat restaurant celebrates Japanese craftsmanship through a refined palette of timber, metal, stone and soft textiles. Bespoke elements such as handcrafted metal wall panels, custom-designed furniture, and a striking sushi counter come together to create a warm, contemporary dining experience.
