Refurbishment of a lavish 3 storey apartment overlooking the Seine river and the Louvre. The interior of this 6,000 square feet 16th century residence was designed by one of France’s most high profile historic designers utilising period fixtures and heritage craftsmanship.
This project was also technically challenging involving major structural reinforcement such as elaborate floor strengthening and levelling of the sagging existing floors.
