Phase 1 consisted of the conversion of commercial offices into 13 apartments comprising studio, 1 bedroom and two bedrooms.
Phase 2 of the project involved the erection of an additional floor at roof level in connection with the creation of a 2-bedroom self-contained flat; erection of a two-storey extension at first and second floor level, formation of a roof terrace at third floor level and installation of a new shopfront fronting Bishop's Road elevation; alterations to the external fenestration of the building.
