The works consisted of the demolition of the existing commercial building including temporary propping of adjacent properties, excavation of a double basement and constructing four upper storeys.
Three new townhouses were constructed each featuring double-height kitchens, four bedroom suites, a cinema, lift and a garage. Each house was finished to a very high standard and all were sold for a local record price per square foot.
