The scheme comprises the redevelopment of the site into 13 residential units, 2 retail units and basement parking complete with car lift. There is a lower ground floor and basement, as well as four upper storeys.
The basement was formed using sheet piling, contiguous piling and underpinning. The building structure is concrete frame and floor slabs.
There are a number of sustainable features including a ground source heat pump, rainwater harvesting and solar panels.
