The project consisted of the conversion of the listed commercial office and showroom building into a high luxury boutique hotel was for the New York hotel operator Schrager (Hotel is now operated by Morgans). There were 150 guest rooms and the bathrooms all had glass walls to give the bedrooms the feeling of greater space.
The hotel also included a luxurious Agua spa and health facility, gymnasium, conference facilities, a restaurant (Spoon +) and two bars (The Long Bar & the Purple Bar).
