The owner & developer of the land engaged a professional team to develop a design master plan for a luxury resort.
The resort comprised 300 hectares of land incorporating a mix of hotels, villas, apartments, golf course, leisure facilities and infrastructure.
In collaberation with the designers and client, we established the development cost plan and managed the design master plan process for obtaining the Building Permit approval.
