Singburi is one of London’s most beloved Thai restaurants — now reborn in the heart of Montacute Yards, Shoreditch.
The high-ceiling space is thoughtfully divided lengthwise into two distinct areas: a dining hall at the front and a counter bar with an open show kitchen at the back.
A backdrop of terracotta tiles in various patterns runs the full length of the back wall, framing the concrete and stainless-steel show kitchen and counter bar with warmth and texture. Meanwhile, the dining hall features a striking terrazzo floor embedded with off-cuts of orange-hued stone, creating a seamless visual connection from end to end.
