Box were appointed to manage the full strip out and refurbishment to eleven 5-star luxury suites (Carriage Houses) and the reconstruction and reconfiguring of the Guv'nors Suite to create a 3 floor luxury suite including new lift.
The suites are located in the courtyard at the rear of the hotel. The hotel remained operating whilst the works were undertaken. The interior designer was New York based Champalimaud Design.
Box have since been retained to undertake further phases of refurbishment at the hotel.
