The existing house has been extensively altered utilising comprehensive temporary propping, secant piling and underpinning, and a double basement excavated beneath the existing house.
The procurement has been undertaken by separating the basement/structural works from the fitout to enable an earlier commencement on site.
The high quality interiors have being designed by Finchatton for this private client. The phase 2 works were negotiated with the phase 1 contractor to complete the MEP services, fitout, swimming pool and lift installations.
