Box Associates Ltd are proud to showcase a fully renovated 1900’s period 9,000 sqft house overlooking Wimbledon Common. Our role as Client Representative, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent was to deliver an elegantly modernised home.
The house was completely stripped back to bare brick and has been reconfigured into a six-bedroom home which offers spacious living and entertainment space. At the heart of the house, is a stunning Sunroom with aspects of the landscaped gardens and Principal Suite with two dressing rooms and ensuites finished in crema evora and gris pulpis marble.
